Simply put, if someone attempts to move a MIKOH SecureContainer ™ tag from one container to another, or open a container protected by the solution, the tag is permanently and irrevocably altered, becoming completely disabled and unreadable

SecureContainer™ is a system designed to seal and detect tampering of rugged protector cases (RPCs). Incorporating intellectual property licensed from the US National Security Agency (NSA) (US Patent #7,201,410), SecureContainer™ uses a patented closure mechanism that indicates whether a container has been opened. The closure mechanism is secured using a pressure-sensitive security seal, such as a Smart&Secure™ RFID seal. SecureContainer can be used with almost any RPC design by either integrating the closure mechanism into the container design, or creating a retrofit kit. MIKOH has teamed with US-based Pelican Cases (www.pelican.com) to offer SecureContainer™ retrofit kits for most of the off-the-shelf Pelican case models, covering a wide variety of shapes, sizes and applications.

SecureContainer™ In Use:

SecureContainer

1) Fresh, clean SecureContainer™ inserts are placed into the mounting bracket. No need to clean residue from prior usage. Note: This can only be done with the case open.

2) A MIKOH SecureContainer™ tamper-indicating RFID tag is applied

3) A tamper event, permanently and irrevocably alters the tag physically and most importantly electrically. No clean up required to reuse the case; dispose of the SecureContainer™ inserts (and tag) and start with a fresh set (fast turn around and no mess).
